•Every student in EducAid undertakes a period of community service before they can receive their public examination results. 

•EducAid views community service as a vital part of the students’ education.  It teaches them the value of giving and trains them in habits of selflessness but equally important this period of community service is dignifying. 

•All of our students have been on the receiving end of charity throughout the period of their own education.  When they undertake this service it is often the first time when they experience giving something significant to someone else. 

•Students return from their community service with their heads held high, proud of what they have done, pleased to have had something to offer and to be on the giving end for once.
